“Todo excelente en el hotel”

“It would have been extremely important to be able to have the room dark at night as the outdoor light were shining in all night. You have the have dark blinds that actually work for people to have a chance to sleep. This is the least you can do if you still want to keep the price affordable. The smell (musty smell ) was bad in the room.”

“This is more like a motel, not a resort. There were no towels in the room at all (nor any hand soap in the bathroom) and when we went to ask about them, we were told to come back, that most of them were being laundered. There were bugs in the room. The day before we left, when it was time for us to get cleaned up to go to dinner, I went to the office for clean towels and toilet paper and no one was there so I had to grab a pool towel in order to take a shower. The girl checking us in never……

“During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.”

“My husband, my son, his girlfriend, and I stayed at the Oceaneer Hotel for three nights, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel so welcome, and the staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and very well maintained. The oceanfront view is absolutely breathtaking—you are right on the beach, and waking up to the sound and sight of the ocean was……
